So I came in last week about my benefits. I was never notified I needed to submit any documentation. In fact when I came in and specially asked about submiting that specific document. I was notified I no longer needed to.
Received a letter in the mail. Stating due to not submitting the previous specified document. My benefits would not be paid this month until I submitted the said document.
This morning I came in to get the 6 question document. Fill it out, submit the documents. I came in. Asked the security guard what options I picked. Since only one some what matched my personal agenda..... He advised me to pick a option and I guess jumped me to the front of the line. (I didn't know it would. I was just happy it was fast).
Got called to window D. This young woman treated me HORRIBLY. I kept attempting to explain it was an honest mistake. I had asked for help, and she continues to interrupt me while scolding me. Her voice was so loud the waiting room turned around to see who was shouting, and why......
This was the most embarrassing experience I've ever been threw! I understand everyone has bad days, but this was completely overboard......... If I could give no starts I would
