I consider myself to be a frequent flyer at the HR...

I consider myself to be a frequent flyer at the HR. I've been to vegas. Atlantic city, turning stone, reno, several places. I often feel treated rudely, I've been on the lowest level card forever. I've been told that they're not sending out free or match plays because of corona. Certainly I'm missing the logical explanation for this. Sadly im often bored and love black jack or I'd play elsewhere.
