Let me start by saying I feel in love with this place my first time there, so much me and my family came back an asked for the same server again. Came in last night for a 4th time only to be very disappoint. Walking into the place energy level was down, my wife felt really disrespected by the host staff when she asked for our favorite server only to find our he was let go. When we got to the our table it took us 6min an 43sec to get anyone to even notice we where there. By the time the server got over to my table I was ready to order. Placed my order, I asked the server why it took so long she said because she was busy, which is fine I understand things happen but you don t tell guest that. We watched he pay attention to other tables an over look us. When I spoke with a manger or what seem to be a manger he told me my server was let go because he didn t fit into the company s standards. Which makes me laugh because this guy was attentive an personable with all his tables me an my wife watched him work my first time in he made my wife an kids feel like they where at home, we came back just to see him. Even though they took care of my food an offered me a dessert, I don t think we will be back if they can t keep good people. When I go out to eat I love being treated like I matter an having that home feeling. I told the manger that they lost a good guy an need to get him back I hope he listens.

FYI. They do try to fix it when your unhappy but sometimes its to late.
