My boyfriend and I do lunch here probably once a month because his office is right down the road. Every time we come to this location, the staff is always friendly. On one visit in particular, my boyfriend accidentally knocked over his (nearly full) beer because he talks with his hands a lot. The gentleman behind the bar did not hesitate to come walking around immediately with a towel and a waitress (not even ours) asked what beer he was drinking and brought him a new one. They didn't even charge us for the spilled beer. This is just one example of this location's excellent customer service. The food is always great here and if you're coming for lunch, you can usually get in and out in 45 minutes (if you're not in a rush and if you are, you could probably make it out in 30). Great spot on the lake too. If the weather is decent, sit outside. It can be chilly inside so it helps to bring a light sweater.
The only reason I can't quite give it 5 stars is because the last 2 visits weren't up to par... Our most recent visit, the food took about an hour to come out after we ordered and my mahi was cold, as if it has been cooked and left out for the entire hour. My salad was mostly yellow and there was almost no dressing. The time prior to that, the server wasn't all that great (very surprised at this) and she didn't stay on top of our drinks at all. I finished my beer before my food came out and she finally came back to bring me another with the check. I just laughed and told her I wasn't going to chug a beer and go back to work.
Most of the time, this place is on point.
