The food is actually okay for the most part but it's overall a terrible experience if you're expecting actual dim sum. Waiters don't know what they're doing with the food, tea isn't on tap like it needs to be, condiments are mediocre and vegetarian options are an afterthought (don't get the veggie duck). And wooden chopsticks don't work with steamed dumplings - there's a reason it's not done.
