My name is Liliana and I recently thought a purchased a great car from the keating toyota group but I was wrong. They took advantage of a hispanic woman, a first time buyer who shouldn't have any problem getting whatever deal. I was lied to about my final purchase price by Sergio Ortega, financial manager, and Shawn Nawaz, product specialist. Over charging me $15000 in add-ons and did not give me initial MSRP that was dicussed. I was withheld information about what exactly was on my contract. I was given a USB with incomplete paperwork. When I went back, I was treated very rudely. I stayed there for hours, coming back several days trying to resolve this issue but instead I was being laughed at. Anson Jones the general manager is telling me to contact toyota and a lawyer and that everything I am saying to "blatantly false." They do not try to resolve things, that's how much they care. They don't care about customers, only profit. This is the keating group for you.
