They were very efficient to take my boxes but it has been more than a week since I have requested my boxes back and I have yet to receive them. All I am hearing is one excuse after another as to why they are not able to deliver it - problems at warehouse, late pickup by driver, no one responding to email, etc

IF I were you, I would def find a another company to store your things.
