Horrible service, Be aware of these liars !!!!!! I called this location and spoke to Hani who gave me a price over the phone, he also told me if I come in I would get a better deal. I got there within the hour. While I was there, I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour 30 minutes, to then find out the price of the car has increased $78.00. After dealing with the manager back and forth he took it back down to the estimated price I got over the phone. However, they promised me a better deal if I came in.... LIARS. I left telling them, I would think about it. The following week I went again to take the deal for the price we agreed and he said the price remained the same. So I agreed, and they ran my credit. I have very good credit with an excellent payment history. He then advised me to wait until the next day, because the price will drop. I happily agreed. The next day I went to the dealership, to only find out the price didn't just drop it actually increased again another $30.00. MARK ETCHELLS the sales manager would not honor the deal they promised me. Waisted my time and ran my credit for nothing. He is unprofessional and sneaky. I would never go to this place or recommend it to anyone. BE aware they try to lure you in, run your credit, then increase the price. STAY AWAY.......
