It really depends which department you go to. And being on active duty, we get blown off most of the time. My experience with the mental health department has been amazing. Physical therapy was very good.
Doctor in orthopedics saw me for 5 mins giving me the google speech for my condition. I have 3 bulging discs due to an injury, and he went on to say that they were caused from aging (I'm 27). Clearly didn't read my medical record. Pain management clinic blew me off. Treated me like I was just another number, not a patient. "Everyone that comes here has bulging discs. I have bulging discs" said the doc. Ok, but we're here to talk about helping MY pain. I was treated like a voodoo doll getting all these needles in my spine and nothing helped. So they peaced out and stopped my treatment. Went to a civilian chiropractor and saw a HUGE improvement with my chronic back pain.
ER and pharmacy wait time is hit or miss. Sometimes your wait is short, most of the time it's medium to long.
