I ve had the pleasure of working with Ryan Ao in the past on a variety of design-related projects. As an entrepreneur and boss, Ryan is incredibly kind and understanding, providing a safe space for the people he works with to grow and learn. He took me under his wing and was so gracious and hospitable, providing opportunities that were incredible with a lot of creative control and constructive criticism along the way. He appreciates my time and really values the work I put into each project. Ryan runs his business with so much kindness and puts an immense about of care into every project and I am so greatful to have worked with Ryan and his team.
