Kalina Review of Via Christi St. Francis

I ve been in the hospital for almost a week, and Ms. Pashalynn Howard has truly made an exceptional difference in my care. She says constantly, I m just a housekeeper , but this housekeeper has gone above and beyond. She got permission from her supervisor to sit with me and comfort me for almost 30 minutes. She took that time out of her day to speak with me, encourage me, and pray over me. I was moved to tears by how much she cares for her patients. Ms. Pasha has seen me twice since we met, and said she will be visiting with me again. My faith has been non existent for almost 10 years, and for the last 6 months I have considered returning. She has moved me in a way that is otherworldly. She is becoming like a sister to me, and I truly have never been more thankful. This woman has gone through so much, but comes in every day with a smile on her face and treats me like family. She cares for these patients. The way they motivate her is incredible. Her strength and love show in all that she does. I feel truly blessed to have been transferred to this hospital to meet her. These patients are lucky to have a woman who cares for them. Even if she s just a housekeeper , her affect on people is so much more. This hospital would truly be at a loss if she were to ever leave. These patients are so thankful for all that she does. I know I am. Ms. Pasha left me a bible with her number, and I hope to message her in the future concerning questions and guidance with my faith. I ve never been offered such a personal thing from an individual before. St. Francis is truly a blessed facility to have her. She deserves the highest level of recognition for how much passion she has for her people and how much she puts in every day.
Ms. Pasha, if you see this, thank you for truly changing my experience for the better. You re an incredible individual and I feel truly blessed to have met you. Your drive and passion show in all that you do around this hospital. Thank you a million times over.
