The service department is terrible! We bought a 2014 Apex travel trailer in June 2014. We took it in for warranties. The tent on the end had been damaged by them. While their service department was replacing the new one the employee tore the decal that goes on the lid of the tent. Mind you he told us he tried to put it on in the wind! We've been waiting for 1 and a half years for them to order a new decal! Everyone else is right they say they'll call back but never do! I just asked them to order one and mail it to me....I will put it on! Worst service ever! It sad that the service department is giving Funtown a bad reputation because the sales people are very friendly and know what they're doing. I just want a simple decal! Update...I did finally get my decals. They sent them very fast and everyone that helped me was very friendly!
