By far my worst experience at a car dealership. I ...

By far my worst experience at a car dealership. I arrived within an hour of their closing time, and the salesperson I worked with obviously just wanted to go out with friends rather than help me. He also profiled me (I had changed out of my suit and into workout clothes after work) - he kept suggesting I look at cheaper/lower-end vehicles. Their sister dealerships (including the Porsche dealership next door) were so much easier to work with and get a test drive going...this BMW dealer required my insurance card, hassled me around that encouraging me to just come back another time, and then when I did get all of that sorted, we did a very brief test drive, again because the salesperson just wanted to get off the clock and out to a bar.

Oh, and unlike their sister dealerships owned by the same group like the Porsche dealership next door, I received zero follow-up calls, no survey requesting feedback. No followup at all. (Can you blame them for not wanting to know what a terrible job they're doing?!)

All in all, this was by far my worst dealership experience. Do not recommend!

PS I ended up going with a Lexus after having literally the opposite experience from top to bottom with the Lexus dealership.
