Al Mayweather came back out to my house after my AC continued to act up. Al is friendly, polite, and calm. I m not always the calmest person, particularly when something is broken in my house, but he kept me focused and eased my worries. He guided me step by step in setting up my new thermostat. His friendly disposition, respectful manner, and ability to connect to his customers is something in which all employees should emulate. I will always ask for him when I have HVAC needs.
