I ve been a dentist for over 12 years and have never seen lab work of such incompetence- we re talking about another level here. Sent them a straightforward removable partial case that they somehow managed to screw up over and over again.
First partial they made, the anterior tooth fell off within a few days of being delivered. They repaired it and it fell off again after 1 day. Second repair looked more stable but they warped it so badly that there was absolutely no retention, so I had to start over and make a new partial. Should be easy to re-make since the occlusion & esthetics were already established right? Nope. Why on Earth would you change the design, occlusion, shade, teeth, clasps, midline, and add diastemas so that it doesn t resemble anything like the partial you re trying to RE-MAKE????? How does that make any sense at all?!! Over 10 prescriptions later (written very clearly & legibly) and they still can t follow instructions. Had to call it quits because it s been 6 months and the partial is still not done. Absolutely Ridiculous.
