My experience with Alcock and Associates has been a true blessing. I worked with Daniella Hernandez and she is compassionate, patient, very diligent and a real expert in immigration. My brother suffered a sudden brain injury in May 2019 and had an expired resident card causing us many roadblocks in getting what we needed for his care. Upon meeting me and hearing the details of the situation, I felt so supported and genuinely cared for. Daniella worked tirelessly to help expedite the process of renewing the permanent resident card, contacting numerous agencies and really did everything she could to help my family through this difficult time. I did not feel like that she was bothered by me and my many calls and texts. Daniella was always so courteous, professional and simply amazing. The outcome was a new permanent resident card in 5 months, instead of the 13 months had I renewed without her expertise! Thanks, Daniella! I also want to thank Mr. Alcock for his generosity and kindness that he showed to me and my family. I would, without hesitation, recommend Alcock and Associates to anyone who needs help with immigration cases.
