The clerks are very nice and responsive. Even though we arrived very early in the morning, they hurried to prepare a room for us. Once we got our rooms, we enjoyed The very soft and comfortable beds. Even the roll away was super comfy!

The atmosphere is luxurious and calm and there's a small cafe on Level 0. Highly recommend if you're looking for upscale relaxation!
