HelloCorp is the first and No. 1 Board of Investment (BOI) approved Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
HelloCorp focuses primarily on contact center services from small to enterprise scale organizations and start-up companies who want to establish an offshore operation in order to be competitive in their core businesses.
Currently it is responsible for handling the Ticketing and Global Contact Center processes for the National Airline of Sri Lanka, customer care center for Sri Lanka's largest mobile operator, 1st contact center for a leading motor insurance company, and freight handling for one of the biggest logistics companies in Sri Lanka.
