Was satisfied when I had the bill, but suddenly the rates doubled. When I wanted to cancel the bill, it should be possible via the app, that option was not there for me and the customer service said 'yes that happens with multiple accounts, no we have no idea why' (?). The only alternative is to print forms yourself, fill in manually, get stamps, put them on the post, wait at least a week ... that is no longer really of this time, great opportunity for progress lies here ..
