I called today to get service set up for my mother's house. I spoke with Jeremy and this guy was helpful from the time we began our conversation. I immediately felt as if we had and customer service bind and I hadn't even given him a deposit yet for the appointment. I explained to him that o was currently out of town and would like the installation done upon my return home and without any excuses or explanations, he made it happen. The truth is that HE actually.made me feel comfortable and explained each of the service options G-Tek offers and without trying to sell me what I didnt need he got me on the right plan and explained that if I need more speed to call them back and they can set that up. I will definitely be recommending him for employee of the decade. Thnx Jeremy...
