It s not even the charges I m concerned about , it s the fact I had to figure out who to reach to understand the charges, I was also told so many other things when we moved in and we were under the impression of so many other things. I did not appreciate the lack of communication and the miscommunication. I understand what I was charged now, but the fact it took me three months of figuring out how to contact the corporate office to figure out these charges is BEYOND me. I constantly was in contact with trying to figure them out. Thanks.
