This review is with regards to the onsite COVID testing done at Care Medical Group on Northwest. After you park you go inside the office to get a clipboard which they will insist you fill out in your vehicle. After you fill out the form you send a text message with your name and vehicle description to a provided number. Then you wait in your car for further instructions. After nearly 2 hours we were told to move to a spot in front of the office where you will be tested. When a staff member came out to collect our forms we were told that our insurance wasn t not accepted on that day and that we could either come back another day or pay out of pocket which would have been $160 per person plus additional fees! Next time maybe process the forms inside or let people know which insurance is being accepted so you don t waste people s time!
