Hired Treier to move us to North Carolina in Augus...

Hired Treier to move us to North Carolina in August 2020. They screwed up the shipment date resulting in multiple shipments that resulted in not being able to use half the items from the first shipment,e.g. shipped beds but no hardware to use the beds, had to sleep on the floors multiple nights.

Damage to our property was extensive. We had numerous pieces of crystal shattered. Lamps were destroyed, our mahogany china closet has gauges as does our cherry highboy, multiple pieces of bedroom furniture have either large scratches or chunks Of trim ripped off. Numerous boxes are missing and for this we paid $15,000!!!

It is obvious that their employees threw multiple boxes that were very clearly labeled as highly fragile. The staff could care less about our property. Furniture was wrapped but still wound up with all the described damage. Hardwood floors were not protected and their hand-trucks scratched /nicked multiple boards. Letting this company move you is probably equivalent to just throwing your stuff on a rollercoaster, no strap! Worst experience that we have ever had in 35 years of marriage.
