A poorly prepared center, where many dogs and cats do not have the slightest opportunity. That they treat you with a smile does not mean that everything is fine, because there are already many people from different associations or people who welcome those who have complained about the treatment or the organization. Perhaps they should seriously think about improving certain aspects. Even so, I am always in favor of any entity, center or association that is dedicated to helping animals and giving them a home and protection, so I ask responsibility and seriousness not only to this but to all reception centers.
