I wanted to love this place. Everyone says to go here but personally I didn't have a good experience. I can definitely say that this place needs to be a little more personal and diligent with care. Dr. Clifford is cold and won't even call you back until three days later. I had appointments made with him and end up seeing other doctors. From front office staff to doctors they are not kind when you need them to be. I lost my baby and they had me wait in the waiting room for my first postpartum visit. Talk about pure torture. While other ob/gyn offices and even uvm hospital puts stillborn parents in another room to wait out of respect and kindness they didn't even say sorry for my loss. Regardless of what happened with my child, I still think this place is not ideal. There are better options out there. Do your research
