On August 1st I checked into All Stars Musical Resort, we are Florida residence and have stayed at your hotel's many times. We used to play softball at Wide World Of Sports and stayed at All-Star Sports quite a few times, we also have annual passes to Disney. My experience this time wasn't very inviting & I doubt we will come back to any of your hotels and let me explain why.
After we checked in we caught the bus to go to Downtown Disney at 8:04 we didn't get there until 9:00 we got back to our room at 11:30 and when I went to get in bed at midnight I noticed the top cover had hair all over it and it wasn't hair from somebody's head ! I found that to be disgusting that your housekeeping would expect somebody to sleep in a bed with somebody else's private hair all over it and I also took pictures !! I was with a friend of mine who is 6'1 and needs a bed to herself so she can fit, well that didn't happen because neither one of us was going to sleep in the other bed. We did not get much sleep that night because we were so uncomfortable and just didn't feel clean in that room after seeing that !! When I checked out the next morning I told the cast member what had happened and he told me there was no use in telling the manager because the manager is only going to apologize and send housekeeping to clean ! I find that very sad for Disney to have managers that don't take the appropriate action for their hotels ! I've always thought highly of Disney and their hotels of the way they were kept and would only stay at one of your hotels because of that reason ! I was in building 5 3rd floor room # 5612
Someone from guest services called me about this & all they did was apologize and they would talk to the manager there !!
