The resort is definitely showing its age. The furniture in our room was scuffed and the couch cushions were not very cushiony. I even had to kill a couple of bugs on the floor. The pools were in pretty good shape and the room service was good but overpriced. The "8 piece chicken bites" were just 4 chicken tenders torn in half. The kids playground was mostly sand (no grass or much) so be prepared for sand everywhere.
