Very dissapointed with this company! Total waste ...

Very dissapointed with this company! Total waste of money! Called to have someone fix my washer machine. They told me only date available was 2wks out. The lady was unprofessional with an attitude as if she was doing me a favor. I made the appointment and managed with out a washer up until today...the day of the appointment, they call to cancel me because "the technician in my area was out". I complained and the lady simply said: "there is nothing I can do". They do not live up to what they proclaim to be: " ....A CONVENIENT SERVICE TO PROTECT YOU". Their service is NOT CONVENIENT because THEY ARE NOT THERE WHEN NEEDED!
