The worst customer experience ever. The staff are extremely rude and extremely slow. It took me 20 minutes to check in to my non-refundable paid rooms. Even though I had booked both rooms through the SPG app on my name, they did not have my SPG number on file and declined to add it post check-out. They blocked a security deposit on both the rooms and failed to unblock it even after a week. The customer service is hopeless, called 4 times and was put on hold with no answer. By far the worst customer experience I have had throughout the globe as a Gold Member.
