I first met Dan when his current shop was still Gould's Jewelry. They branched off and he kept the store that was in the family. I have taken several items to him to have fixed or upgraded, my husband goes there almost every "hallmark" holiday and he never has let me down. I am thankful that I've found a private personable jeweler rather than going to some chain and spending twice or even triple the amount that Dan charges! Keep up the FANTASTIC customer service!!!!
