We had an issue with a chargeback and every time we called FirstData each representative had a different thing to say and 3 months later we still did not receive our money back even though we also opened a police case and the fraudulent man was caught and thrown in jail. FirstData advised us to send in all our information and they would send it to Mastercard to dispute the case but apparently we just learned that they never did such thing at all! So we waited 1.5 months for nothing. Where is the justice in this country? Where the criminal is caught yet we are not reimbursed. He still gets away with $1300 of our money!
