Simply don't use them. I used them and regret it, i ordered car hire for the week and as i was late to collect car they simply took the full amount from me and hired the car to someone else for the rest of the week!. So i was in another country with no car hire and they simply did nothing to assist, no other car, exempt take the money and run. Go direct and avoid the possibility of you paying for a service which they will not give you, but still take the full payment for.
