The higher education company I worked for used Lisa and her team as their health insurance provider. I ve been in the higher education business for over 30 years and have used many health insurance providers. I can say with 100% certainty that Lisa and her colleagues provided the most amazing customer service I ve ever seen. Even once I left the company, and had questions about switching over my insurance policy, she would personally reply on numerous occasions and take care of exactly what I needed...even if it was on the weekend! My personal opinion is that Apple, Costco and Amazon have the best customer service of any companies in the U.S. I consider Jolles Insurance to be on the same level. Definitely gold standard .
