For years I have been a follower of the Filigranes.

The evolution of the store (which has become a kind of big souk where you can find everything and especially anything), the noise, the rush, the disorder, the worn and dusty products with yellowed labels, the lack of attention sellers - who prefer to talk to each other rather than devote themselves to customers - pushed me to look elsewhere .

I m doing very well by the way

Unfortunately, I had the weakness to go back there after 1 year, yesterday November 1st.

I got it wrong.

The impression of being in a hypermarket, sellers I don't give a damn, products even more faded (the children's toy corner is an illustration almost exaggerated), little restocking and follow-up in this department, damaged packaging but the product at full price, etc.

My schedule did not allow me to go elsewhere, I made many large purchases there.

It's up to me to manage to bring them to the cash register, without the help of the sales assistants suddenly called elsewhere. ...

Cash box where you are pressed and you CREE to move forward ...

Cash desk where you are charged 3 bags at 20 cents to pack your purchases while your invoice amounts to more than 300 euros ...

Want to return to such a store with such service and a commercial sense?

I do not believe.
