If I could leave zero stars I would. Yesterday afternoon three men attempted to enter my apartment. There was no prior notification and no emergency, they wanted to take a tour of the place . Being a single woman living alone I am now terrified to be in my own home. When I spoke to Amy (head of maintenance) I was informed that Xavier was supposed to reach out to me in advance and clearly didn t. What s even worse is that it was allegedly both the owner of the building and the owner of Peak Properties?!? I can t believe that I need to install a security system for my protection against my own landlord. Wonder how many times they ve just let themselves into my home when I m not here...
