Went in to the Shangri La for a special Sunday Breakfast with a friend and had a very nice breakfast. The selection of foods and beverages was amazing and quality second to none in Chiang Mai.

There was a full range of cereals, breads and pastries, hot foods, salads and hot and cold breakfast beverages, even some a la carte. I had a couple of omelettes as well as cheese, and tried many of the hot food selections.

They have several coffee serving locations and their cold drink stands are very Thai style.

The staff are very attentive and interested. One of the management staff was particularly impressive as she went out of her way to greet and interact with some young Chinese children. It really caught my eye and part of running a busy breakfast dining experience, she really made her clients happy.

If you want a special breakfast one day, I would suggest going to the Shangri La.
