1)Food Service too slow 2 nights in a row, even when we told them , to take away our dinner plates
2) #1 guest clothes were moved w/o permission and jacket was lost-stolen
3) Important guest from Asia gift was stolen from conference room during overnight maintenance- Very disrespectful
4) As a repeat business customer, we were shown no effort by the kitchen to accommodate our group
