I've never had such a terrible customer experience...

I've never had such a terrible customer experience. I received a letter stating a past due balance from my 2017 lease which was supposed to be paid out by this dealership. After 2 weeks of trying to contact the dealership, no one has contacted me. I left multiple messages for the finance manager and the general manager. I would've appreciated a phone just stating that they were working on this issue. Eventually, I had call Hyundai Financial myself and resolve this issue. I can guarantee I will never lease from here again.
