My first time coming to Florida and this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. No cleaning, no wash clothes. Staff and the head of housekeeping didn t seem to care we didn t have any from when we first checked in. Luckily we went and purchased our own, we would have waited over 2 hours for them. They want you checked out on time but can t provide the basic things that comes with a hotel.
