Stopped by on a Monday to set up an appointment to donate pretty much a full house of items. They did call back that day and scheduled the pick up date to be Saturday... so far, so good. I was told they would call to confirm later in the week. . . . Nothing, so I began to call them. I left 10 messages for them to call back to confirm. . No response. Then finally on Saturday morning they called looking for directions. Good thing I was at the location and had not made other plans being that they were already in the neighborhood. I was ok with all this until they started loading the items and turned their nose up at almost everything I was giving them. I was not donating trash or junk but everything was looked over as if they were being asked to purchase these items. And they couldn't put out the cigarette long to come inside to grab stuff so we carried stuff to the front porch only to be fussed at, because we weren't bringing it down the stairs to them. I didn't let them upstairs to get the rest of the stuff and proceeded to take it to goodwill down the street.
