Very impersonal company. Got approved for the car I wanted, and moved forward with verification through new roads. Once everything was submitted along with pay stubs. They emailed me and said they denied the loan because I have a generic paystub. I also sent over my bank account info to show the direct deposit from my employer. This was after being told multiple times by their office that everything was good to go and they would be in contact with the dealer to send them the check for the vehicle. When I was denied, they didn't even give the common courtesy to call me. They sent me a email that was more or less a "hey that sucks, sorry" and then refused to respond back or answer my calls to explain the situation.
I would not recommend new roads for anybody trying to finance a vehicle. The vehicle I was purchasing was out of state, so after being told multiple times everything was good to go I purchased a plane ticket.
Only to be told right before they closed for the day that they changed their minds and would not move forward with the loan.
I sent the paystubs, along with my employee portfolio at 10am in the morning and they waited until 6pm to say they would not except my paystub and deny the loan.
