The Hotel is well located. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the room is very small, the reception is simple but functional. We only stayed one night and unfortunately the room air conditioner did not work and the day was very hot in Lisbon. We called reception, asked for a solution, which sent someone to confirm that the air conditioning was not working. After 10 minutes they called again and said "there was no way to solve it". It was clear the lack of maintenance and the air conditioning, and was already working without freezing the room a few days. We had a terrible night. I do not recommend.
