This review is based solely upon our visit to see my dad. My dad went to this emergency room because he was having severe chest/stomach pain. We went to the ER, parked and walked in to look for my dad. We stood there for more than 15 minutes and nobody said one word to us or asked if we needed help. Finally, one of the front desk ladies walked by and I asked her what room my dad was in. She said "Oh, that's not my job. You'll have to ask the information desk" and pointed to the information desk we were standing in front of. There was nobody there! We waited for another 30 minutes and still....nothing. Nobody at the desk and nobody else would help us find my dad. Staff walked back and forth in front of us and not one person stopped to ask if we needed help. We had no idea what to do, so we left and then called. My husband was told what room my dad was in, so we were FINALLY able to get a hold of him. We were worried sick. My dad is 84 years old and has Cancer and COPD. This place needs serious training in professionalism and courtesy. If you are going to have an information desk, it may be helpful to actually have someone sitting there!!
