The service is appalling, the booking system is broken, lots of mistakes and a very unpleasant atmosphere of being pressured to eat quickly and get out, so we can turn the tables over as fast as possible. The stress levels of the young man at the door permeated through the entire cafe, as if I had offended him by simply showing up for my booked table. The upper management need to be held accountable, and support and train their staff to handle the service and restore this establishment back to its former glory, because at the moment it is a train wreck.
