This was an absolute pleasure to work with this firm regarding my auto accident. The staff was always welcoming and polite each time that we met. I was kept informed about every detail and move that was being made. I never had to hassle them about ANYTHING, and every time something was promised, whether it was a phone call, email or a question that needed to be answered, it was delivered. The concern and the connection was always genuine, they want your best interest at heart.
