I made an appointment for an operation at 13:00 of a working day. I visited the hospital on time. I was prepared for the operation. I waited for three hours and a little before the end of the sift (at 16:00) they aksed me to leave because they were back in the scedule and my operation could not be executed as the operations team's shift ended.
