This morning around 11.15 I arrived at the airport I had already checked in online but at the baggage check there was a very long queue that also moved slowly because the attendant occasionally closed the access. As I was already late they suggested me to go to the fast trackl and at the cost of 10 I would have skipped the queue. At the counter an employee who was not too kind sent us to pay the fees to a machine that only took credit card with the pin and more It jammed To the multiple requests to intervene the answer was always the same: "Protest with the wrong person !!!" Maybe it was true but we all risked losing the plane and had paid a supplement !! People who had not taken advantage of this "" splendid service "" arrived on board before !! I find all this outrageous !!
