Worst experience ever , front desk couldn't verify...

Worst experience ever , front desk couldn't verify my online transaction as they had little or no communication with accounting department .
Wasted an hour at check in and 45 mins at check out .
Stained chouchs , squeaky bed , ill-mannered front desk staff and manager . Felt like staying in a govt operated hotel
Won't be staying here ever again
