This is the worst support company I have ever had ...

This is the worst support company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I tried to create a ticket for support for 3 weeks and never heard back from them. My company pays DM2 monthly for support but I can never get anyone to call me back. Hands down the worst support ever.
