We had brakes, rotors and the brake line flushed. Robert, our service specialist, was kind enough to text me with information and prices. He called and texted throughout the process and my husband, who was in the waiting area, received the same courtesy.
The work was done and the car brakes work better now than when we bought the car. We had our older Highlander's brakes and rotors done by Tuffy and it never reacted like this one does that was serviced by Toyota of Grand Rapids. Yay!
